Deep-Fried Salmon with Green Asparagus and Carrot-Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients

For the Salmon and Asparagus:

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 6 green asparagus spears
  • Olive oil (extra virgin olive oil recommended)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Dill, optional for garnishing

For the Carrot-Avocado Salad:

  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • A drizzle of olive oil
