Refreshing Chickpea Salad with Tuna and Boiled Egg Recipe

Ingredients
200 g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 bag of arugula
1 can of natural tuna, drained
1-2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
2-3 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, halved
Optional: 1 handful of black olives, pitted

Idea A:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (AOVE)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 pinch of salt
Idea B:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (AOVE)
1 tablespoon minced garlic and parsley
1 pinch of salt
