**Greek Chicken with Lemon and Feta**

1. **Marinate the Chicken:**

– In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

– Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

2. **Cook the Chicken:**

– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

– Heat a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil if needed.

– Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

– Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is cooked through.

3. **Add Toppings:**

– During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.

– If using, add cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the chicken in the skillet.

4. **Serve:**
