Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 500 g of ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 400 ml of tomato pulp
  • 180 ml of tomato puree
  • A handful of black olives, sliced
  • Grated cheese, as much as you like
  • Salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, to taste
  • Oil, for cooking
