Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams of white cheese, crumbled
  • 50 grams grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 6 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 hot pepper, finely chopped (optional for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4.5 cups of flour
  • Liquid oil, for frying
