Air Fryer Veal and Broccoli: A Quick and Flavorful Stir-Fry Alternative

Start by prepping your broccoli, cutting it into evenly sized florets for uniform cooking. Lightly coat the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Veal:
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated garlic, ginger, sesame oil, brown soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey. Add the minced veal to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
