Paprika Garlic Hake over Green Beans: A Flavorful Seafood Delight

Prepare the Garlic Paste:
Start by peeling the cloves of the purple garlic head. Using a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic cloves with a pinch of salt until you have a fine paste. Mix in sweet paprika from La Vera to taste, and then gradually incorporate about 4 tablespoons of olive oil until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
Cook the Hake Loins:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Place the frozen hake loins on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the paprika garlic paste evenly over each loin. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the hake is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Prepare the Green Beans and Ham:
While the hake is baking, heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ham cubes and sauté until they start to brown slightly.
Add the drained green beans to the skillet. Stir-fry the beans with the ham for about 5 minutes until they are heated through and coated with the savory flavors of the ham.
